Church Staff

Rev. Jeremy Schultz – Pastor

Pastor Jeremy Schultz began serving as pastor of St. Paul Lutheran Church and School in January 2006. Prior to that, he served as Associate Pastor at a large Lutheran Church in suburban St. Louis, MO. Along with his wife Michelle, he has two children, Lydia and Elijah. Although he loves all aspects of being a pastor, his greatest joy comes in seeing people come to faith and mature as followers of Christ. His hobbies include watching all sports, especially Cardinal baseball, golfing (though he's not very good), reading, dating his wife and playing with his children.

Mr. Greg Paul – Minister of Music

Mr. Paul began his college studies at Concordia University, Ann Arbor for two years and then transferred to Concordia University, Seward Nebraska where he received his B.S. degree in Education with a concentration in church music in 1984. Mr. Paul Completed a Masters in Music in Organ Performance from Wayne State University in 2003. He serves as Minister of Music for St. Paul Church and School playing the organ for worship and directing various choirs and ensembles. Mr. Paul’s hobbies include running and playing a variety of musical instruments.

Rev. Jim Ackerman – Bible Class Pastor

Pastor Jim Ackerman attended Concordia College in Ft. Wayne, IN and graduated in 1949. He attended Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, MO. and graduated in 1957. He has served three churches, his last being E. Bethlehem Lutheran in Detroit, MI, where he served from 1964 until his retirement in 1995. He married his wife Justine in 1952. They have five daughters and eleven grandchildren. Pastor Jim comes here to St. Paul as a retired part-time visitation pastor.

Ms. Pam Rodway – Administrative Assistant

Pam has been a long time member of St. Paul Lutheran church. She has served in her present capacity since 1993. She has two grown children, Steven and Kimberly, who both attended St. Paul Lutheran School. Pam enjoys traveling, scrap booking, reading and animals of all kinds, but mostly loves dogs.

Ken Milz – Business Manager

Ken has been a member of St. Paul since 1975 transferring from Hosanna-Tabor Lutheran Church in Redford Township, MI. He began working for the church part time in 2002 as financial secretary. Together with his wife, Sylvia, they have four grown children and three grandchildren. He enjoys golf, camping and watching football.
